This is why the embargo is silly. Embargos only work (like in s. africa) when the rest of the world joins in. the rest of the world, not even Canada, will NEVER restrict trade with Cuba.
Besides vengence, there is no point. Further, I know many real cubans who vehemently argue that they are the ones suffering b/c of embargo, not the government. True or not true, this is the clear word on the street in habana for decades…

… y hablando de exportaciones cubanas, CubaEncuentro publica un articulo en primera pagina que aparentemente se le escapo a PD.
El articulo menciona que desde hace 3 años los productos de la biotecnologia cubana se han convertido en el segundo rubro de exportacion de la Isla, solo superado por el nickel.
En 2007 esas exportaciones llegaron a $350millones.
